This flag was flown on Jan. 3, 2003, over the National Championship Tostitos Fiesta Bowl Football Classic, in which Ohio State University defeated the University of Miami by a score of 31 to 24. The Fiesta Bowl will be played at the new University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Ariz. beginning January 2007.
