What does a drive-up window volunteer do?
A volunteer working in this area would check in and out materials and inform patrons regarding library services, policies and procedures. This job may include putting library carts in order, checking library card applications and performing simple mending tasks. The volunteer would also serve as an aid to circulation staff. Good customer service skills needed. There are also other duties that may be assigned in this area.

When would a drive-up window volunteer work?
Days and times volunteered are dependent on the library's needs and the availability of the volunteer, but are usually scheduled as follows:
Drive-up window volunteers at the Foothills Library are scheduled to work any day the library is open for a 3 hour period.
