The library's Telephone Renewal System is an automated telephone messaging system that allows convenient access to your library account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It also allows the library to notify you when you have holds and/or overdue materials.
How does it work?
All you need is your library card, a personal identification number or PIN (defaulted to the last four digits of your phone number), a touchtone phone, and the Telephone Renewal phone number, 623-939-0532. You can renew library materials, get a list of items currently checked out to you or items on hold for you, and find out what fines and charges you may owe.
Thank you for using the Telephone Renewal System. If you receive your hold and overdue notices this way, you are helping the Glendale Public Library save money on paper notices and postage costs.
