The Main Library indoor rental opportunities include a small and large meeting room and an auditorium complete with a stage and fixed, tiered seating. Additionally, the whole meeting room wing, which includes access to the restrooms and southeast portion of the lobby, may also be rented. A 2 hour minimum rental is required for all rooms and a refundable cleaning deposit may also be required. A surcharge of $25 per hour will be applied to rooms rented before or after library hours of operation or on weekends. This fee increases to $50 for rental of the Meeting Room Wing. Small Meeting Room:
The Main Library's Small Meeting Room is a cozy 351 square feet, which seats 20 comfortably without tables. The room is equipped with wireless internet access and includes a wall mounted TV/VCR/DVD combination, a projection screen and a white board. These amenities make it ideal for both small classroom and lecture style meetings.

With its carpeted floor and easily stacked tables and chairs, the Small Meeting Room can also be configured for intimate parties or mixers, group discussions and one-on-one counseling or coaching sessions.

Large Meeting Room:
The Main Library's Large Meeting Room measures 616 square feet and seats 45 comfortably without tables. The room is equipped with wireless internet access and includes a wall mounted TV/VCR/DVD combination, a projection screen and a white board. These amenities make it ideal for both larger classroom and lecture style meetings.

With its carpeted floor and easily stacked tables and chairs, the Large Meeting Room can also be configured for luncheons or parties, large group discussions or small memorial services.

Auditorium:
The Main Library Auditorium is the perfect setting for a large gathering. With a maximum capacity of 240, the auditorium seats 204 in fixed, tiered seats. Sporting a stage, complete with green room, the auditorium lends itself to musical, dance or dramatic performances, seminars or lectures and large memorial or recognition services.

Two double-door entrances allow for easy crowd control, while the carpeted floors and excellent acoustics help to maintain a quiet atmosphere. Situated at the north end of the Meeting Room Wing, the auditorium is in close proximity to the library's northern most entrance. This spacious venue would be a comfortable spot for company meetings orlecture style training sessions in addition to it's obvious entertainment appeal.

Meeting Room Wing:
Rental of the Meeting Room Wing includes the auditorium, both meeting rooms, hallway and access to restrooms. The variety of venues makes this rental opportunity ideal for Sunday School/Church services, small conventions or school functions, such as small graduations.

The Meeting Room Wing has 3 entrances separate from the library's main entrance; one at the northwest end of the hallway, one midway down the hallway on the east and one at the southeast end of the hallway. This easy access makes rental of the Meeting Room Wing during hours the library is closed very appealing.
