The Foothills Branch Library rental opportunities include a variety of options including both classroom style setups and a large, multi-purpose room. A 2 hour minimum rental is required for all rooms and a refundable cleaning deposit may also be required. A surcharge of $25 per hour will be applied to rooms rented before or after library hours of operation or on weekends. To see rental opportunities at the Main Library, click here.

Hummingbird Room:
The Hummingbird Room is 580 square feet, which seats 24 comfortably with tables. The room is equipped with wireless internet access and includes a projection screen and a white board. These amenities make it ideal for small classroom bookings. With four large tables, which can be arranged in several patterns, this room is a perfect setting for group discussions, as well.

With its carpeted floor and easy access to the lobby and restrooms, the Hummingbird Room can also be configured for intimate parties or mixers and one-on-one counseling or coaching sessions.

Roadrunner Room:
The Roadrunner Room is a truly multi-purpose room. Measuring a spacious 2, 096 square feet, it can seat 120 comfortably without tables. A carpeted stage situated at the south end makes this room well suited for lectures, services or performances. Because of its stackable tables and chairs, it can easily be configured for mixers or parties, luncheons or dinners, or small reunions. Amenities such as wireless internet access, a projection screen and a white board also make it ideal for both larger classroom and lecture style meetings.

The Roadrunner Room can be divided into two smaller rental options, the Eagle and Quail Rooms (see below) when needed.

Eagle Room :
The Eagle Room occupies 750 square feet at the north end of the Roadrunner Room, when divided. With a maximum occupancy of 90, it seats 45 comfortably without tables. The room is equipped with wireless internet access and includes a projection screen. These amenities make it ideal for both small classroom and lecture style meetings.

With its carpeted floor and easily stacked tables and chairs, the Eagle Room can also be configured for intimate parties or mixers, group discussions and one-on-one counseling or coaching sessions.

Quail Room :
The 1,065 square feet at the south end of the divided Roadrunner Room becomes the Quail Room, complete with stage. . With a maximum occupancy of 90, it seats 60 comfortably without tables. Like the Eagle Room, this area can be configured for classroom or lecture style meetings as well as parties or gatherings, but the addition of the stage also makes this space usable for small performances, such as musical recitals dramatic readings.

Meeting Room Wing:
Rental of the Meeting Room Wing includes both the Hummingbird and Roadrunner Rooms, kitchenette and lobby area with easy access to the restrooms. The variety of venues makes this rental opportunity ideal for Sunday School/Church services, small conventions or school functions, such as small graduations.
