Who We Are
Glendale’s Intergovernmental Programs Department coordinates the city’s dealings with federal, state and other local governments, seeking to foster constructive links between the city and these entities.
We keep the mayor and council informed about intergovernmental issues and often represent the city’s interests in these matters. In addition, we handle special projects as assigned by the mayor, council and city management.

Jessica is responsible for assisting in the development of Glendale’s Federal Program, Internal Operations, Westmarc, Homeland Security and special projects as assigned.

Management Assistant
During the legislative session, Deanne is responsible for sending out legislation to the internal departments and coordinating the responses. She handles all of the administrative functions for the department, assists the Administrators as needed and works on special projects as assigned.

Ryan is responsible for managing Glendale’s state legislative program, working with staff to determine the potential impacts of legislation, the neighborhood outreach program, rail transportation and special projects as assigned.

Jenna is responsible for state and regional transportation issues including the Regional Public Transportation Authority (RPTA) and the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG), water issues, Luke AFB related items and special projects as assigned.
