Get your free energy-saving devices at the 5th annual Glendale Green Festival on Saturday, March 31 at the Glendale Main Library and surrounding Xeriscape Demonstration Garden (5959 W. Brown St.) from Noon to 4 pm. At the event, Glendale residents will have the opportunity to pick-up free energy-saving devices*, including a programmable thermostat, 4-pack of CFL’s, and a high-efficiency showerhead. *The devices are funded by the Energy Efficiency and

Show us how you are green. For the second year, Glendale students and homeowners are invited to enter the “My Green Glendale” bookmark and photo contest to have their green ideas displayed during the festival and voted upon by festival attendees.

Volunteering is fun! From greeting festival attendees to leading eco-activities for kids in the Family Zone, there are plenty of volunteer opportunities at the Glendale Green Festival.
