Fill out the form and bring with you to the center for fast and easy registration!

All users of the Foothills Recreation & Aquatics Center are now required to provide proof of residency and age to establish a household account, including Day Pass users. This allows staff and emergency services personnel access to contact information for everyone and enables us to identify patrons within the center in the event of an incident or emergency.

Please note: Not all Glendale postal addresses are within the official City of Glendale boundaries. A copy of your City of Glendale water bill (dated within the last 60 days) will be required to prove residency when turning in these forms.

The center pass rates, listed below, are set up to accommodate as many different leisure time schedules as possible. Non-residents pay 20% more than Glendale residents. A center pass includes access to the 5,400-square-foot fitness exercise room with Nautilus equipment, indoor jogging/walking track, rock climbing and gymnasium (open play hours only and times are subject to change), basic step aerobic classes (classes and times vary, specialty classes are an additional fee), game/activity room with pool tables, foosball tables, arcade games and board games, lounge area with a large screen television, three indoor racquetball courts and lap swim in the swimming pool (during scheduled hours).

Also offered at the center, without purchasing a pass but could include a registration fee, are special events, sports leagues and tournaments, workshops and special interest classes such as dance, karate, arts and crafts, scuba and swim lessons, culinary arts, music and much, much more.

The Aquatics Center is not included as part of the Recreation Pass. The Aquatic Center admission is a separate price.

RECREATION PASS

A resident is based on physical address and zip code based on the city of Glendale boundary map. Proof of residency will be required such as a current water bill with picture identification. Questions regarding residency status can be found in the Parks and Recreation Residency Policy ( link) or by calling the Foothills Center at 623-930-4600.
Recreation punch passes (Annual and 15 visit) are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

A $6 processing fee will be applied to any pass transfers and/or program refunds.

**Family: 2 persons plus unlimited unmarried children residing at the same address, 20 years of age or younger
***Group/Corporate: This pass includes a maximum of 20 people, age 9 or older. The pass must include a minimum of 51% Glendale residents with proof of residency OR, payment must be in the form of a company check from a Glendale business. This Glendale business must pay their taxes to the City of Glendale. Proof is required.
