Glendale Fire Celebrates “Groundbreaking” Of New Fire Station 151
New fire station is scheduled to be complete by April of 2009. This station will replace Glendale’s oldest active station, currently Fire Station 151, located at 5705 N. 55th Avenue. Glendale Firefighters have been responding to emergencies out of the current station since 1969. Read more>>

25th Annual Fire Prevention Day & Parade Saturday, October 4
The parade starts at 52nd Avenue and Glendale Avenue and will end at Murphy Park. Parade participants will include fire vehicles, marching bands, clowns, scouts and much more! Food vendors, arts, crafts and safety information booths will be located in Murphy Park.
