Category Definitions

  • Amusement Vendors (Multiple Participant): Rides or activities, multiple guest participation based activities
  • Amusement Vendors (Single Participant): Individual service to patrons, one-on-one interaction (i.e. face painter or henna tattoos)
  • Commercial I Vendors (CVI)*: Mass produced product or sales items, company has more than 15 employees.  
  • Commercial II Vendors (CVII)*: Mass produced product, home based companies, companies with under 14 employees
  • Craft Vendor: Majority of products are hand crafted and not resold
  • Food Vendor (New): Sells food products that are made for immediate consumption, including food prepared on or off the event site. Never participated in Glendale’s events.
  • Food Vendor (Returning): Sells food products that are made for immediate consumption, including food prepared on or off the event site. Vendor that has sold food at prior year’s event.
  • Glow Novelty Vendors: Selling any glow products, including but not limited to flashing, blinking, neon, glow sticks, glow necklaces, and LED items.
  • Non-profit Vendors: 501-C3 status with proper documentation. Non profits are limited and can only sell or pass out information pertaining to the group they are representing. No food sales, prepared and cooked, on site are permitted under this category.
  • Non-profit Vendors (Non 501-c3): Non-profit organizations that are non 501-c3 eligible. (i.e. schools, hospitals, libraries, churches, and government units). Non profits are limited and can only sell or pass out information pertaining to the group they are representing. No food sales, prepared and cooked, on site are permitted under this category.
  • *Sponsorships – For companies looking to have marketing and branding opportunities in addition to event space, sponsorships can be packaged based on your needs. There are a few commercial categories where only sponsorships are available and not vending space with prominent examples being: time share properties, vacation ownerships, product sampling, real estate and mortgage companies, wireless communications, soft drinks and bottled water.
