Glendale Glitters - Spirit of Giving - Dec. 2 and 3

Downtown Glendale will be aglow with 1.5 million lights as well as ‘the spirit of giving’ as we celebrate the generosity of spirit that the season brings Dec. 2-3, from 6-10 p.m. both evenings.

The holidays are a time of generosity, so what would be more fitting than a whole weekend celebrating those giving back to the community? It’ll do your heart good to get into the spirit of giving by learning about and paying tribute to those selfless organizations that make our community a better place to live.

Highlights include all the fun family activities that Glendale Glitters always brings, plus special celebration of and donation drives for worthy local charities and food banks. Help make a difference by participating in the Historic Downtown Glendale Food Drive. Businesses in Historic Downtown Glendale have coordinated a holiday food drive to benefit St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance that will run through the city’s Spirit of Giving Weekend at Glendale Glitters on Dec. 2-3.
