Glendale Glitters - Winder Wonderland Weekend - Dec. 9 and 10

Won’t it be nice to play in the snow without having to shovel your driveway? You won’t need snow tires to head to downtown Glendale for Winter Wonderland Weekend, Dec. 9-10, from 6-10 p.m. each evening.

Winter Wonderland weekend will feature a children’s snow field, so bring the mittens and sip hot cocoa, as you enjoy delightful winter fun not usually found in Arizona. The snowfield will allow kids the rare opportunity to create their own Frosty the Snowman. To make it even more magical, snow will fall at the snowfield throughout the evening as the children play

More winter fun will include free make-and-take crafts, face-painting, Santa Claus and more children’s entertainment, in addition to the regular horse-drawn carriages rides offered.
