Submittal of a Notice of Intent (NOI) to the City of Glendale

Certain stormwater permits require submittal of a copy of the Notice of Intent (NOI) to the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) if there may be a discharge to the MS4 or the facility is located in the MS4. For these permits, submit the NOI to the following City locations:
