The Capital Projects Division manages the Capital Improvement Program from writing the scope of work through selection of a consultant, directing the design and, finally, the construction. The division monitors the design consultants' and contractors’ work and authorizes the monthly payments.

Ongoing projects include the Bethany Home Outfall Channel and Linear Park.
