Glendale Breaks Ground at Van Tuyl Group's New Dealership
Golden shovels officially scooped dirt to signify the construction of the city of Glendale’s newest car dealership, Arrowhead Cadillac, at 83rd Avenue and Bell Road. The 55,000-square-foot luxury Cadillac dealership is a $16 million investment in north Glendale by Arrowhead Cadillac, an independent dealership affiliated with Van Tuyl Group, Inc. which provides management consulting services to the largest group of privately held dealerships in the United States. 'St. Joseph's Westgate' Selected as Name of Dignity Health New Hospital Dignity Health recently announced that “St. Joseph’s Westgate Medical Center” will be the name of its new West Valley hospital during an official groundbreaking at the planned 35-acre medical campus near the Loop 101 and Glendale Avenue.
The $44 million Dignity Health facility is scheduled to open in early 2014 and will provide West Valley residents with a new alternative to receive high-quality healthcare services. Read more

Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. has chosen Glendale for its newest shopping center that will include 85 brand name outlet stores. The upscale open-air mall is expected to be ready for business in the fall and will be located near the Loop 101 and Glendale Ave., which is within walking distance to Westgate City Center, Jobing.com Arena and the University of Phoenix Stadium. of an eight-year lease extension with the property owner of its north Glendale

operation in Glendale after a nationwide search of cities. In 2012, Bechtel, one of
