American Idol winner, Jordin Sparks is from Glendale.  This 30-minute show hosted by Glendale 11’s Jon Brictson, chronicles Jordin’s connections to her hometown and includes interviews with her Mom, supportive fans, former employer and with Jordin herself.  The show profiles Jordin’s rise to fame from her roots in Glendale to international stardom from American Idol.    

This 30-minute TV show provides an overview of the city of Glendale.  The creative and energetic photography and editing take you on tour of Glendale's top three destinations including Westgate City Center, Arrowhead and Historic Downtown Glendale.  The show also highlights Glendale's outdoor recreation, award winning festivals, arts and culture and the history of the city. 

This 30-minute show provides viewers a behind-the-scenes look at our city’s police and fire departments. The latest episode spotlights new tactics Glendale Police are using to fight graffiti, such as an innovative reward system, and an in-depth feature on the fire department's new helicopter ambulance that's used to get paramedics to patients quicker. The show begins airing March 21, 2008, at 4:30 p.m. and will be shown at various other times throughout the week.

People rave about this one-minute PSA and its “MTV look” with quick edits, high-end shooting and direct messaging. The PSA was created in partnership with the Glendale Police Department, the Mayor’s Youth Advisory Commission (MYAC) and the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety. The TV show shadows city officials during a whirlwind 72 hours as they research and study their counterparts in Miami during the 2007 Super Bowl. 1. Right-click "Download file" link and select "Save Target As".
2. Save the file on your computer in a spot you can remember.
3. Connect your iPod to your computer
4. Open iTunes
5. Select File>Add File to Library
6. Locate the file on your computer and click "Open"
7. Click on your iPod under "Devices"
8. Click on "Movies" and select "Sync Movies" and the file name of the podcast then click "Apply".
9. Once your iPod is synched with your computer, you can play the video!
