Copies of court records may be obtained from Glendale City Court located at 5711 W. Glendale Ave., from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The court will accept requests for criminal and civil background checks in person, by mail or by facsimile. You may fax your request to (623) 937-8860, Attention: Records. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Responses will be returned by facsimile when the fee has been paid.
Any and all requests to complete a name search in order to obtain case information will be subject to a research request fee pursuant to A.R.S. 22-404. A research request fee may include up to three (3) names per request or three (3) cases per name. The fee for the research Request is $17.
If copies or certifications are requested on a case, additional fees will apply.

All copy requests are subject to a $.50 per page fee (A.R.S. 12-115).
A $17 certified copy fee will be charged on each case. In addition to the certification fee, a $.50 per page copy fee will be assessed.
Forms of Payment
Payment may be made in the form of money order, bank certified check, personal check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or, if paying in person, cash is acceptable. Payment is due in full prior to release of any request.
