Homeownership Opportunities

Los Vecinos Housing Development:
An acquisition and rehabilitation program for individuals interested in purchasing a home in Glendale, Los Vecinos acquires, rehabilitates and then sells properties to households that are below 80 percent of the median area income for Maricopa County.

Community Services of Arizona (CSA):
CSA offers a program to qualified first-time homebuyers in Glendale. The same income limits apply as described above. For more information on this program, please contact CSA at (480) 899-8717.

Habitat for Humanity:
This group acquires vacant property for the purpose of constructing new single-family homes. The program is designed to involve the potential homeowner. For more information, please call (602) 268-9022.
