Pioneer Neighborhood Dedicates Streetscape Improvements Funded By Neighborhood Grant
Neighbors living in the Pioneer Neighborhood, near 63rd Avenue and Country Gables Drive, have new streetscape improvements as the result of a neighborhood grant. The Citizen’s Advisory Commission on Neighborhoods awarded the funds to the neighbors. Read more

The Spark awards program was created in 2000 by the Citizens’ Advisory Commission on Neighborhoods to recognize neighborhoods, neighborhood leaders, businesses, faith-based organizations and/or community groups who have made a significant contribution to the betterment of Glendale’s neighborhoods. Arizona Taxpayers Benefit From AARP Tax-Aide
AARP Tax-Aide in Arizona announces that a tax-counseling service is being started at the R0SS Training Center located at the Cholla Complex, 5320 W. Maryland in Glendale. The AARP Tax-Aide Program will provide preparation of tax returns and the answering of questions free of charge for low–and middle-income individuals, with special attention given to those over 60. University Of Phoenix Sponsors Glendale’s Educational Outreach To Residents
