Business Meetings, Seminars and Day Conferences
 Conveniently located in Glendale’s Historic Downtown District but close enough to the new exciting sports and entertainment district of Westgate that includes the new, state-of-the-art University of Phoenix stadium, home to the Arizona Cardinals and Jobing.com Arena, home to the Phoenix Coyotes.
The Glendale Civic Center offers well-appointed large and small meeting rooms able to accommodate day conferences, breakout sessions, seminars, board meeting and retreats. We offer full service catering, audio –visual services, and meeting coordination to help make your meeting successful and productive.

Trade Shows
 With easy access from the 101 or the I-17 freeways your attendees will easily find their way to your show. The Glendale Civic Center offers indoor exhibit space of 12788 sq. ft. enough for 65 - 10 x 10 booths. Exhibits can include tabletop exhibits, art displays, antique shows and auctions, as well as commercial and industrial vehicle displays.
We offer competitive package pricing that includes ticket / registration tables, 8’x 12’ staging, podium, microphone and show office. We offer concession service or other catering options to fit your groups needs.

Graduations
Put your school at the head of the class when you hold your next graduation ceremony at The Glendale Civic Center. With seating capacity in our ballroom from 100 to 1100 people, graduations can be held in air-conditioned comfort.
We offer competitively priced graduation packages that provide for rehearsal time, class photo opportunities, staging, podiums and microphones. After the ceremony hold your catered celebration reception on our beautifully landscaped Fountain Terrace.
