Glendale's Centennial Is Cooking Something Up!

Count down to our centennial-themed cookbook

Glendale’s centennial celebration is in full swing and to heat things up, the hunt was on this fall for the ultimate Glendale recipe.

To commemorate this special year, the city of Glendale is turning its annual cookbook into a centennial-themed cookbook, which will feature recipes from Glendale historic sites, expert historians on the city, as well as one selected winner from the centennial recipe contest. The contest is now closed.

The cookbook will be available at the Glendale Citrus Zestival, which will be held on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010 at Sahuaro Ranch Park Historic Area.

To learn more about upcoming centennial activities and events, call 623-930-4500.
