Starting Monday, March 22, two Questionnaire Assistance Centers (QAC) will be open in Glendale. The QACs are designed to help residents complete their forms and answer questions about the census. Additional Glendale QACs will open over the next few weeks.
Residents can also call the Telephone Questionnaire Assistance Center at 1-866-872-6868 if they have questions regarding the form or need to request a replacement be mailed to their home. A Spanish-speaking operator can be selected by dialing 1-866-928-2010, and for the hearing impaired (TDD), the number is 1-866-783-2010. The lines will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week, through July 31, 2010.
