Time payment policy (for pre-need purchases):

If the purchaser fails to pay any monthly payment in full on or before the due date, the purchaser shall be responsible for simple interest on all unpaid monthly balances at the rate of 12 percent per annum from the due date until all unpaid monthly payments are made. The minimum monthly payment is $25. Any time payment purchase agreement must be paid in full prior to interment.

Payment in full policy (for at-need purchases):

Cash is not accepted. Payment may be made by:

1. Cashier’s check
2. Money order
3. Visa, MasterCard and American Express

Please note:

• Personal checks are only accepted up to $150.

• Make checks payable to the City of Glendale.

• Payment in full must be received 24 hours (one business day) prior to the service.
