Glendale’s Community Action Program (CAP) has exhausted all funding for rental assistance.

🤝 What We Can Still Help With

  • Utility Deposit Assistance (call ahead to inquire — funding is very limited)
  • Navigation support for LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) applications through DES
  • Referrals to community resources for food, employment, affordable housing, and more

Coordinated Entry (CE) is a standardized system in Arizona designed to efficiently connect individuals and families experiencing homelessness with appropriate housing and support services. It ensures that resources are allocated fairly and based on assessed needs across the state.
