Cactus District - Meet Councilmember Ian Hugh
Councilmember Ian Hugh was elected in November 2012 to represent the Cactus District and was appointed in November 2012 to fill the Cactus District vacancy before beginning his term in January 2013. He previously served on the City Council from 1986-91 and was Vice Mayor from 1990-91. Hugh currently serves on Glendale’s Government Services Committee and the National League of Cities Community and Economic Development Policy and Advocacy Committee.
