 City of Glendale - Building Safety
The Building Safety Department is the central resource for building construction, code information, plan review, permit issuance and building construction inspection. The department consists of the building inspection, plan review, development services center and cross connection control divisions.
Our mission is to protect the lives and safety of Glendale residents through the implementation of building, plumbing, mechanical and electrical codes.

Plan review deposits for engineering, landscape and transportation will be due at the time of plan submittal in addition to the already required fees.
