All About Art!- Glendale Arts Commission
The city of Glendale's Arts Commission was formed to assist the City Council in making important policy decisions that impact the community. The seven member Arts Commission researches, studies and discusses specific issues with both short and long-term implications and then forwards their recommendations to the City Council.
The Commission makes recommendations on art placement, site locations, sponsorship opportunities, grant funding and many others. Members are appointed by the City Council for two-year terms. Meetings occur the third Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m. For additional information, meeting locations and how you can become involved please call the
