Streetlight Manual & Guidelines

By ordinance all developers are required to install street lighting along their property as determined by the City of Glendale Streetlight Management division and Transportation Department.

The Glendale City Council has adopted the IESNA Roadway Lighting Standard Practice #8 (RP-8) as the guideline to be used when designing street lighting in the City of Glendale.

The Streetlight Management division created a Street Lighting Manual to help engineers and designers when designing streetlight plans for development within the City of Glendale.
