FAQs
- Where do I report streetlight outages?
Either through the Street Lighting Service Request Form or calling (623) 930-2940.
- Why is the light in front of my house going on and off all night long?
The lamp is cycling and is failing. Please report these because cycling will reduce the life of a light fixture.
- What light sources are used in Glendale?
For street lighting the majority of fixtures are Low Pressure Sodium (Yellow) and High Pressure Sodium (Pink).
- I reported a light out and was told that it would take two working days to fix. That was two weeks ago, why has it not been repaired?
There are a few reasons that it may not be repaired within the two working day timeframe. No power, no parts, bad part was installed, different failure, incorrect address, damaged again.
