Tours
Through May 31, enjoy a trip back in time with a FREE tour of the Historic 1895 Main House! Offered Wed. thru Sat., 10 a.m.–2 p.m., Sun., 1–4 p.m.
Learn the history of the Ranch with our FREE Ranch Site Tour! Highlighting the Ranch’s various buildings, barnyard, historic trees and groves. 11 a.m. the second Fri. and Sat. of March (8,14) and April (11, 12). Meet on the Main House front porch. |

- Sahuaro Ranch Sundays: Concerts in the Park
March 30, April 6, April 20, and April 27, 3 p.m.
Join us on the lawn at Sahuaro Ranch Park Historic Area for a unique series of FREE concerts with local entertainers. Snack vendors will be on hand for purchase of treats while you enjoy the show. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets. Alcohol or glass bottles are not permitted in park.

FREE. Staying home with your children during spring break? Come to Day at the Ranch: Spring Break and participate in activities for families and children. There will be entertainment, games and crafts focused on the history and setting of Sahuaro Ranch. Food available for nominal fee.

The Rose Society of Glendale presents their 20th annual rose Show “ Roses at the Ranch.” Come see this wonderful display of roses of all sizes, shapes and colors grown by local gardeners. Approximately 1.000 to 1,500 blooms will be on display. Located at the Fruit Packing Shed and open to the public from 1 to 4 p.m. Rose education seminar will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. The Rose Society of Glendale provides an opportunity to share a love of roses by providing information, education and demonstrations. The Rose Society of Glendale is a nonprofit, educational, community oriented, family organization for anyone interested in our national floral emblem-THE ROSE.

FREE. Experience the Sahuaro Ranch Historic Area through tours, activities, and entertainment for all ages. Explore the barnyard and meet the blacksmiths. Enjoy self-guided tours of the Main and Guest houses. Food available for nominal fee.

Our Partners
Arizona Artist Blacksmith Association
Participates in tours and events held at Sahuaro Ranch Park Historic Area. This state- wide organization provides narrated educational units for school tours and individual events held throughout the year. The blacksmithing demonstration is a unique experience, it truly is an Art.

Arizona Beef Council
Participates in two City of Glendale special events and hosts two additional events each year at Sahuaro Ranch Park Historic Area. This organization brings unique, “live animal” and Arizona ranching experiences to each event.

Arizona Early Day Gas Engine and Tractor Association
Provides event support for hay rides at large events held at Sahuaro Ranch Park Historic Area. This organization plans and coordinates an Antique Tractor & Engine Show on the 2nd weekend of February. In addition, provides knowledge and planting/harvesting logistics for farming crops in the Demonstration Field as well as an agricultural education day demonstrating historic farming techniques to grade school students.
