• Ramada Complex
  One ramada seats 72 persons, nine ramadas total in facility. Capacity of facility 648 persons.
• Fruit Packing Shed
  Includes Main Event and Meeting rooms, preparation station, sink and restroom. 
  Seats 307 with chairs; 142 with tables and chairs.
• Barnyard
  Includes the dairy barn, hay barn, three corrals, mill & granary classroom and vehicle maintenance shed. Electricity available.
• Demonstration Area
  Fenced multi-purpose space. Measures 333 feet by 108 feet (approx. ¾ acre), electricity available.
• Front Lawns
  Includes the north and south lawn, approx. 1 ½  acres.
• Olive Groves
  Canopy of olive trees provides large shaded area with stationary park benches, 16,000 square feet.
• Foreman’s House
  Includes the porch and surrounding lawns. 7700 Sq. Ft.  Electricity available.
• Entire Complex
  Includes the barnyard, demonstration area, front lawns, olive grove, and foreman’s house/porch. Electricity available in some areas.
