Glendale Arena Traffic Comments

This form is made available to the public to advise the City of Glendale about community complaints and/or comments about the Glendale Arena. If you need to file a criminal complaint report, please call the Glendale Police at 623-930-3000.
The information you submit below will be forwarded to a staff member who will call you back if you indicate that you desire contact. Your information will be reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate department. If your complaint or comments concern the Glendale Arena parking lot, your information will be forwarded to the Glendale Arena Management. You can also submit your comments directly to them at their website.
