(Suspect - Jose Cruz Morales)
On June 7, 1993 at 12:40 a.m. Glendale Police Officers went to 7100 N 53rd Ave in reference to several shots fired in the area. Oscar Gonzales was found outside his home suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Friends of Oscar reported to police Oscar was arguing in front of the home with Jose Cruz Morales when Jose all of a sudden pulled out a gun and shot Oscar. Jose Cruz Morales got into his car and drove away after the shots were fired. As of this time there is a warrant for the arrest of Jose Cruz Morales for the death of Oscar Gonzales. Investigators believe Jose Cruz Morales went to Mexico after the shooting, but he may be traveling back and forth across the border to this date.
