Porch-tastic!
Hometown goodness prevails at the
12th Annual Front Porch Festival on
Saturday, Oct. 14
Lazy days in the shade, freshly squeezed lemonade and a little Prairie Home Companion. That’s right. It’s time for historic downtown Glendale’s Front Porch Festival—a celebration of the city’s early architecture and the old-fashioned ambiance of today’s Catlin Court Historic Shops District and Old owne Shops.
Get Ready to Shop
The fall shopping season kicks off with the festival on Saturday, October 14th, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shoppers will be greeted by artisans demonstrating and selling their crafts on the front porches and shady lawns of the 30 antique and specialty shops located in Historic Catlin Court.
Food booths will be located throughout the festival and the district’s restaurants will keep visitors fueled up to enjoy all the day’s activities.
Admission and parking are free as is the entertainment scheduled throughout the day. For more information, call (623) 931-1579.
