New show airing on Glendale 11 gives viewers a behind-the-scenes glimpse inside the new Cardinals Stadium

Cross the field, open the roof and smell the concessions. Get a front-row seat for the making of the new University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Ariz. in the new 30-minute Building the Future of Sports show, produced by the Arizona Tourism Sports Authority (AZTSA).

Debuting on Glendale 11, the show highlights the development and construction of the stadium, featuring the high-design architecture and state-of-the-art facility.

AZTSA is the owner and operator of the new University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Ariz. It has funded 34 different projects across the Valley including Cactus League stadiums and youth and amateur sports projects. AZSTA has been called one of the state’s most influential entities in shaping the sports picture in the Valley for the 21st Century.

Building the Future of Sports will air 7:30 p.m., Monday, June 5 and at various other times throughout the week.
