Mayor Scruggs joins others on stage as they tear the ceremonial movie ticket to commemorate the grand opening of Phase I of the Westgate City Center. AMC Multiplex Cinema, The Coffee Plantation, Cold stone Creamery, Just Sports, Moe's Southwest Grill, Sweet O Wine and Chocolate Lounge, The Yard House and Johnny Rockets are among the first businesses to open their doors at Westgate.
