NEARLY 40 CONGRESSIONAL & LEGISLATIVE CANDIDATES
ATTENDING OPEN HOUSE ON SATURDAY, JULY 31

GLENDALE, Ariz. – Nearly 40 candidates who are running for congressional and legislative seats in the West Valley will participate in the upcoming Candidate Open House from 8 - 11 a.m., Saturday, July 31 at Midwestern University's Barrel Student Center, 19555 N. 59th Ave.
Glendale Mayor Elaine Scruggs and Midwestern University President Dr. Kathleen Goeppinger are co-hosting the open house so residents can meet and learn more about the candidates seeking to represent the West Valley in the upcoming November 2004 election.

Candidates representing U.S. Congressional Districts 2 and 4 and State Legislative Districts 4, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 14 will participate in the open house. Each candidate will have informational literature at their booth and will be available to answer residents' questions.
