City of Glendale - Office of the Mayor - City SAFE Event RSVP

With flu season right around the corner, the city of Glendale is reminding residents to be prepared. Protect yourself and protect your loved ones by following a few simple steps that can prevent the spread of flu as well as other respiratory illnesses.

Glendale is conducting a City SAFE event to help residents prepare for the flu season. The event will take place at the Glendale Adult Center, located at 5970 W. Brown St. on Saturday, Oct. 28 from 9 to 11 AM.  Representatives from Arrowhead Hospital, Banner Thunderbird Hospital, Maricopa County Health Department, Midwestern University and the City of Glendale will all be on hand to discuss important information about the flu and to conduct free blood pressure checks and respiratory screenings.
