Mayor Scruggs attends the ribbon cutting ceremony for a new 200 bed patient tower at Banner Thunderbird Hospital. The new 6 story expansion will be open to patients on May 19 and will house the hospital’s new, expanded emergency department as well as support services, progressive care and ICU beds.
