Mayor Scruggs in the Community
Mayor Elaine Scruggs attends the Arrowhead Ranch Phase II HOA Annual Meeting. The HOA was celebrating an award for the successful completion of the 2006 Neighborhood Partnership Grant for irrigation and landscape improvements west of 75th Avenue between the Loop 101 and Adobe.
