If you are having difficulty accessing our website, connecting to our library catalog (including reviewing your record, placing holds, renewing items, etc.), connecting to our Magazines/Databases, or any other technical difficulties, please complete the form below. Describe to us as completely as possible the problem and any messages you see on the screen.
Please Note: If you are trying to access our website, library catalog, or Magazines/Databases from your list of Favorites (if using Internet Explorer) or from your Bookmarks (if using Netscape), please delete the old Favorites and Bookmarks and reset them. This may correct any problems you are having. You can reset these as follows:
- To Reset the Library Home Page:
Go to http://www.glendaleaz.com/library/, then reset your Favorite or Bookmark.
- To Reset the Library Catalog:
Click on HERE , then reset your Favorite or Bookmark.
- To Reset Magazines/Databases:
Click on A to Z List aunder Research Tools on the left, then reset your Favorite or Bookmark.
If the above procedures do not correct your problem, please submit the information requested below.
