Library - Where to Find Tax Forms

Pre-printed tax forms are not available at the library, but we do have books of reproducible forms for photocopying (20 cents per page). We can also help you locate a multitude of online forms as well as resources to help you file your taxes. All forms/instructions are in PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat Reader for use.

Free Help Preparing Your Tax Returns The Glendale Adult Center 623-930-4321 5970 W. Brown St. (just south of Peoria & 59th Avenue) Offers free tax assistance for e-filing from February 1 - April 15. Call for a schedule.
AARP Tax-Aide Program (888) 227-7669 Provides "free, individualized tax preparation for low-to moderate income taxpayers - especially those 60 and older at nearly 6,000 locations nationwide." Find a site near you.
VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) and TCE (Tax Counseling for the Elderly) The VITA Program provides "free basic income tax return preparation with electronic filing to qualified individuals in local communities," while the TCE Program offers "free tax help for all with priority assistance to people who are 60 years of age and older."
