The Glendale Public Library welcomes gifts that present an opportunity to carry on the life interests of an individual or group or that celebrates a special and meaningful occasion. More than tax deductible contributions, these donations are gifts to the community and to the people who look to the public library for education and information.

Donors may suggest a particular subject or selection will be made by library staff. The donor's name and the person or organization being honored are inscribed on a book plate placed in each book.

Acknowledgement is sent to the donor and to the family of the person or organization being recognized. The materials are then placed on our shelves for the enjoyment of all library patrons.
