GLENDALE, Ariz - The new Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, at 67th and Peoria avenues, is a good neighbor, indeed. Wal-Mart recently donated $5,000 to Glendale Public Library.

Sue Komernicky, the Library/Arts Director, said that the money would go toward new technology for the library.

“We really appreciate Wal-Mart’s generosity and are happy to have them so close to the Main Library,” said Komernicky.
