Glendale’s Community Housing Division earns high performer status
For the 18th consecutive year, Glendale’s Community Housing Division has been rated as a high performer by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Fiscal Year ending June 2012.
HUD evaluates public housing program success based on a thorough review of all aspects of program administration including financial and program management, property condition, and resident satisfaction.
Glendale’s Community Housing Division manages 155 apartment homes in three rental communities, offering low income families safe, sanitary, decent, and affordable housing. |
