Glendale Avenue Corridor Redevelopment Plan Official Statement

The Glendale City Council has made the redevelopment of the Glendale Avenue Corridor a priority for the community. Currently, the Council is involved in an intensive redevelopment visioning and planning process. This process will ultimately result in the creation of a long-range redevelopment plan, which will include tangible goals and outcomes for the area.

The visioning and planning process includes substantial public involvement. Over the next few months there will be opportunities for the community to provide input, feedback and ask questions regarding the redevelopment of the Glendale Avenue Corridor. Public forums include a Business Breakfast with a Redevelopment Panel and other community visioning events.
