Discontinuing or Terminating your Water Service
To discontinue or terminate your existing water, sewer or sanitation services you will need to contact Customer Relations or complete the following on-line form at www.glendaleaz.com under Billing and forms tab to make the change. In just a few minutes we will be able to process your request.
If you would like to discontinue your service, you can simply call the department or complete the form and indicate the day you would like to terminate service. There is no fee to disconnect, and if you have a deposit on the account it will be applied to your balance and mailed to the forwarding address you provide for the department. Department personnel must have access to your utility meters at all times to change service or take readings.
