UTILITY BILLING AND PAYMENTS
The City of GLendale provides water, sewer and sanitation services to the residents and businesses of the City of Glendale and surrounding areas. Citizens who use City of Glendale utilities receive a bill for service approximately every 28-31 days. Included on each bill will be the meter reading period, utility consumption during the period, the amount due for services, and the payment due date. Bills may also detail adjustment amounts during the billing period. Utility payments may be made by using our automated voice repsonse system at 623-930-3639. Payments can also be made on-line at www.glendaleaz.com by clicking the Online Services tab at the top of the page. Payments can also be mailed with the envelope included with your statement or paid in person at 5850 West Glendale Ave, Customer Relations Department, during regular business hours. Payments after hours can be made at satellite drop boxes located at the Fry's Grocery at 59th Avenue and Beardsley Road, 59th Avenue and Thunderbird Road and 67th Avenue and Bethany Home Road or at City Hall drop boxes located at 59th Avenue and Glendale Avenue, outside the Customer Relations Office or drive-thru located at the Glendale entrance of the parking garage. If you believe the department has made an error in your bill or dispute your obligation to pay the bill, you may arrange a meeting with a representative to solve the problem. Until the situation is resolved, you must still pay your bill by the due date printed. Failure to pay your bill by this date for any reason may result in the disconnection of your utility service. If you will not be able to pay by the due date noted on your bill and you can talk to a representative about payment options. If you would like to know more about utility service billing and payment, or need to speak to Customer Relations personnel, contact the department's main office, located at 5850 West Glendale Avenue, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or via phone at 623-930-3190.
