Your utility bill payment can now be automatically withdrawn from your bank account each month using our free automatic payment plan. With this system, your City of Glendale utility bill is always paid on time without any inconvenience to you. Before funds are actually transferred, a statement is mailed to you reflecting the date and the amount of the payment to be withdrawn from your account, giving you time to make any bill inquiries or insure that your account has the necessary funds. By simply keeping your bank account funded you will save yourself time for months and years to come.  In addition, you will avoid incurring additional fees to your account.
