This program provides instruction on fire and home safety to individuals in assisted care facilities, group homes, senior centers, HOAs and other senior groups. Seniors also are trained on what types of calls that should be made to the Fire Department and the importance of calling 911 immediately in emergency situations. Volunteer Senior Educators are trained by Fire Department personnel, enabling them to present a wide variety of programs.
